Kaylen Newbury

As Web & System Strategy Director at Equipped Marketing, Kaylen Newbury leads the development of scalable websites and digital systems that align brand identity with business goals. With over 15 years of experience in design, marketing, and digital strategy, she bridges creative vision with technical execution to help clients launch, optimize, and maintain platforms that deliver measurable results.

Her career began in print design and advertising—ranging from nonprofit campaigns to early roles in graphic design and promotions—before expanding into digital media, marketing management, and web development. In 2021, she joined forces with Wendy Hampton to co-found Equipped Marketing. Kaylen has also served on the Oklahoma City Community College Advisory Board for the Digital Graphic Design program (2018–2022) and as a judge for local art and design events.

A lifelong Oklahoman, Kaylen lives in Norman with her husband of more than 20 years, their youngest child, cat, and two dogs—a sheepadoodle and a long-haired French bulldog. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her big extended family in Oklahoma and Arizona, involvement in booster clubs and PTAs, and lifelong interests in design, history, and learning.
